Micromark Ink (Cindy Larson) uses this website and AI assistant to collect tattoo inquiry details so Cindy can respond personally.

We may collect your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, tattoo concept, placement, size, style preferences, scheduling preferences, optional photos, and the chat transcript. Health-related notes you choose to share are only for Cindy’s safety review — this is not medical advice.

Data is stored securely and used to contact you about your inquiry. Alerts may be sent to our operations email/SMS when an inquiry is completed.

To prevent spam and abuse of the AI assistant, we may store technical connection details such as IP address, browser/device identifiers, and request timing. We use these only for rate limiting and moderation (for example, locking an inquiry or blocking a connection that is misusing the chat). We do not sell this information.
